Kristy Pyles

Kristy has over 20 years’ experience in law enforcement, where she has worked as a corrections officer, a patrol officer, and as an investigator. Her most recent assignments were investigating home health care and pharmacy fraud. Based on her experience, Kristy was then asked to lead a new initiative in Ohio to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. Kristy spent several years designing and implementing an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution for Ohio, during which time she built and managed the EVV Operations Unit. Not only that, but her EVV Solution was the first in the United States to achieve CMS certification using the recent Outcomes Based Approach.

Kristy is passionate about people getting the home health care service they need, and decided she could make a bigger impact by moving into the private industry. Today, Kristy works with clients on claims integrity, CMS certifications, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFP), EVV implementations, best practices, and documentation quality assurance.

Kristy has a wide range of knowledge, commitment to success, and passion for her work. Get in touch to see how Kristy can help you.
