Questions to Ask When Considering a New EMR or EVV Vendor

While functionality and usability is important, it’s critical to also have knowledgeable and responsive support. With timely filing limits being a very real threat to revenue, providers need a vendor who will help them get paid.

  • Due to the funding cuts, providers will need to watch their states very closely to see what changes are implemented to programs to eliminate the gap.

  • If you see your state ramping up to make decisions that will negatively affect healthy outcomes, make your voice loud with your state legislators.
