Hello everyone, I'm Kristy Pyles, the founder of In Your Corner Consulting (IYC). My journey into the world of home health care consulting began after over 20 years in public service. During my time in law enforcement, where I served as a corrections officer, patrol officer, and investigator, I gained invaluable insights into health care and pharmacy fraud. These experiences led me to spearhead an initiative in Ohio to combat fraud, waste, and abuse, culminating in the design and implementation of the state's first CMS-certified Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution.
Realizing the impact I could have beyond government confines, I founded IYC in 2020. My mission was to bridge the gap I saw in the industry, particularly as states, managed care organizations, and home health care providers grappled with new technology implementations. At IYC, we don't just offer consulting services; we partner with our clients to overcome obstacles and streamline their operational and implementation processes.
